The practical joy of doing the routine badly at first without making it complicated

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where espresso stopped feeling new.

Love the tiny experiment energy. Now I'm hungry, which feels unfair.

I do not have a strong take, but the routine detail is useful. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. I would love to see a follow-up after 2 weeks.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 7 months. That is where the boring checklist helps.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. My only addition is to make the first step visible.
