I tried doing manga the boring way and it worked that actually stuck

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Good clarification — I read it differently at first.

Can you share what you tried before this? I would love to see a follow-up after 3 weeks. This is why house rules need a constitution.

I would love a follow-up example.

This is the kind of disagreement I like.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. I keep a note about discussion for exactly this reason. This is why house rules need a constitution.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. That is where the boring checklist helps.

This made me smile more than expected. I noticed the same thing in Istanbul.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. I keep a note about seasonal for exactly this reason.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? A little friction removed goes a long way. Co-op makes almost anything better.

Yep, the boring details matter.

Thanks, that actually helped.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. The chaotic constraint is probably the real story.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing. I can already hear the menu music.

I laughed, but you are not wrong.
