What therapy looks like when you stop optimizing everything in Kuala Lumpur

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where therapy stopped feeling new.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

The kuala angle is what sold me. I am curious whether selfcare still feels good next month.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. This is more useful on a tired commute than on a perfect day.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. I learned that one the expensive way. Small progress still counts.

That last line is excellent. The chaotic part is easy to underestimate. I needed this reminder today.

The everything angle is what sold me. The weekend version is even more interesting.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether therapy stayed easy. The 5-minute rule is underrated.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. My only addition is to make the first step visible.
