I tried doing ethics the boring way and it worked on a budget

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the practice run for a while.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where ethics stopped feeling new.

Big fan of this approach. I keep a note about prompts for exactly this reason.

This reminds me of something a friend in Melbourne mentioned. It sounds small, but the playlist matters.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. The Lagos example makes it feel concrete. A small test case would make this easier to trust.

My wallet felt that.

Good reminder that boring can be good. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a coworking table.
