The small ecology habit that changed my busy month that actually stuck
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where photos stopped feeling new.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the conversation for a while.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. I would write it down before changing anything else. The uncertainty is part of what makes it interesting.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? I used to overcomplicate this constantly. Now I want to read the paper behind it.

Good reminder that boring can be good. I would test it for 9 days before deciding. This would be a great classroom example.

Mildly negative take: the simple version is sometimes just underexplained. Nature keeps being stranger than the simplified diagram.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Madrid? The social part surprised me too.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

This has cozy competence written all over it. I would write it down before changing anything else. This would be a great classroom example.
