The awkward joy of doing the conversation badly at first without making it complicated

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. Public transit stories are secretly sociology stories.

I am skeptical. The idea sounds good, but the maintenance cost is real. The the corner shop detail changes the whole answer.

I wish more posts had this much context. My friend tried it in Buenos Aires and had the opposite result. This makes me want to look at a map for an hour.
