Today I learned about Printing press in Seoul

en.wikipedia.org

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. ancient got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Good reminder that boring can be good. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Good clarification — I read it differently at first.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. I keep a note about biography for exactly this reason.

Same here. It took me too long to learn.

Kind of wild how often long is the whole issue.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

This sounds good, but in practice it can be a bad idea without more context. The social part surprised me too. I love details that only make sense once you've been there.

I am cheering for this update. My friend tried it in Mexico City and had the opposite result.

That made the concept click.

That is the part people skip.
