What is your default move when people gets messy
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat
My current rule is simple: if it takes less then 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 3 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through

I picked Maybe later mostly because it feels easiest to live with. My only addition is to make teh first step visible

surprised more people aren't choosing Maybe later. It seems like the practical answer. The social part surprised me too

Surprised more people aren't choosing Maybe later. It seems like the practical answer. This is more useful on a tired lunch break than on a perfect day

Really good advice, and it feels doable. That is where the boring checklist helps
