A gentle rant about ethics and expectations in Warsaw

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 8 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I tried this in Nairobi with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 3 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I disagree a bit. expectations matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. I keep a note about prompts for exactly this reason.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.
