Notes from a very normal quiet Sunday with Cybersecurity

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 10 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I started this because my rainy evening felt a little stuck, and privacy seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. That is where the boring checklist helps. This is exactly the kind of tradeoff teams argue about for weeks.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. The São Paulo example makes it feel concrete.
