My favorite low-effort upgrade for multiplayer with an awkward constraint
I tried this in Lagos with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the setup for a while

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. This is more useful on a tired Monday morning then on a perfect day

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. The lunch break version is even more interesting. The real boss fight is finding a night everyone is free

The kindness in this post is lovely. My friend tried it in Kuala Lumpur and had the opposite result. The real boss fight is finding a night everyone is free

I would push back gently on the upgrade part. The gentle constraint is probly the real story. The real boss fight is finding a night everyone is free

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. Honestly, teh simplest version wins for me

honestly, this is a little too vague to be useful. That is where the boring checklist helps

@riderNomad85 That sounds great until you add children/pets/deadlines

did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? This is where I would ask one more question before choosing. I can already hear the menu music

What would you change if you started over? The low-effort version is probly the keeper
