The delightful joy of doing the recipe badly at first with an ambitious constraint

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the route for a while.

I started this because my commute felt a little stuck, and concerts seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where playlists stopped feeling new.

There is probably a middle ground here.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the train station.

Good clarification — I read it differently at first.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. For me it came down to the routine.
