I changed one thing and suddenly family made sense before coffee

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where community stopped feeling new.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I do not have a strong take, but the family detail is useful. The the kitchen detail changes the whole answer.

Honestly, great taste. I used to overcomplicate this constantly. Small progress still counts.

I needed the reminder to start smaller.

I would pin this if I could.

The Tuesday test is undefeated.

That last line is excellent. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

The vibe here is immaculate. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the train station. Glad you shared the messy version too.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. The a neighborhood park detail changes the whole answer.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. The 6-minute rule is underrated.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. This pairs weirdly well with arepas.

Really good advice, and it feels doable.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. Glad you shared the messy version too.

There is probably a middle ground here. I learned that one the expensive way. Small progress still counts.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot.

I am mostly here for the follow-up. I learned that one the expensive way.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about suddenly. My friend tried it in Manila and had the opposite result.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. A little friction removed goes a long way.

That would annoy me more than it helped. This is more useful on a tired first week than on a perfect day. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

What would you change if you started over? The beautiful part is easy to underestimate. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.
