The small concerts habit that changed my quiet Sunday from a tiny balcony

I started this because my late summer felt a little stuck, and albums seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I am cheering for this update. The my desk detail changes the whole answer.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I would write it down before changing anything else.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

This is the kind of disagreement I like.

This comment has main-character footnote energy.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? The social part surprised me too. That scene lives rent-free in my head.

I laughed, but you are not wrong.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly.

I do not have a strong take, but the sunday detail is useful. It sounds small, but the setup matters.
