My 9-month experiment with community for absolute beginners

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the practice run for a while.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where kindness stopped feeling new.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

This has cozy competence written all over it. This pairs weirdly well with banana bread.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me.

I needed the reminder to start smaller.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. The social part surprised me too.

The Tuesday test is undefeated.

I think this advice is overrated. For me it came down to the first draft.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Dublin? I am curious whether kindness still feels good next month.

Great point, especially the part about experiment.

Love the tiny experiment energy. I learned that one the expensive way.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.
