Notes from a very normal Monday morning with Gaming that actually stuck

I tried this in São Paulo with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 8 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I started this because my lunch break felt a little stuck, and indie seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. The a neighborhood park detail changes the whole answer.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. It sounds small, but the route matters. The real boss fight is finding a night everyone is free.

The vibe here is immaculate. A little friction removed goes a long way. The real boss fight is finding a night everyone is free.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. My friend tried it in Mexico City and had the opposite result.
