My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 8 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Rest day. It seems like the practical answer. I keep a note about fans for exactly this reason.

Rest day got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the corner shop.
