What is a realistic first 2-week plan for therapy when life is busy?

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the routine for a while.

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and therapy seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

The middle path is probably best: try it cheaply, keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. My friend tried it in Manila and had the opposite result.

Yes, but I would approach it in a small, testable way rather than trying to solve everything at once. If two options look equal, choose the one that is easier to reverse.

- Start small and make the next step obvious.
- Keep notes so you can compare what worked.
- Ask someone with recent experience, not just strong opinions.

Come back with what happened; the details will make the next answer better.
