A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made with a chaotic constraint

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. funding got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. My friend tried it in Nairobi and had the opposite result.

The chaotic angle is what sold me. The gentle part is easy to underestimate.

You just saved me a bad purchase.

I think both things can be true.

That is the part people skip.
