A surprisingly useful lesson from a coworking table for absolute beginners

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. I would test it for 2 days before deciding. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

The kindness in this post is lovely. The the train station detail changes the whole answer. I needed this reminder today.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. The a family dinner detail changes the whole answer.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. The the train station detail changes the whole answer.
