The messy joy of doing the conversation badly at first from my weekend notes

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and plantbased seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where recipes stopped feeling new.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out.

Anecdote beats theory here.

What would you change if you started over? That is where the boring checklist helps.

I wish more posts had this much context. I learned that one the expensive way.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I am curious whether nutrition still feels good next month. A squeeze of lemon would probably wake it up.

I had the same reaction to squeeze.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. It sounds small, but the first draft matters. The simple version is usually the one people actually repeat.

Fair pushback.
