My 3-month experiment with selfcare with a beautiful constraint
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. The 6-minute rule is underrated. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

Good reminder that boring can be good. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. The 5-minute rule is underrated. Small progress still counts.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

That would annoy me more than it helped. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. The social part surprised me too.
