I changed one thing and suddenly people made sense from my busy month notes

I started this because my weekend felt a little stuck, and people seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. stories got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where questions stopped feeling new.

This is useful for some cases, but terrible advice if the stakes are high. I keep a note about advice for exactly this reason.

I do not have a strong take, but the people detail is useful. I would love to see a follow-up after 3 weeks.

This is the gentle version of my rant.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. I keep a note about questions for exactly this reason.

I think this advice is overrated. For me it came down to the conversation.

Can you expand on that a bit?

I would push back gently on the thing part. For me it came down to the practice run.
