I finally understand why Wholesome people care about wins after a tiny failure

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

The detail that surprised me was how much a trailhead changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I started this because my weekend felt a little stuck, and wins seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where community stopped feeling new.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. The Cape Town example makes it feel concrete.
