A gentle rant about evidence and expectations in Warsaw

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 8 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. The 5-minute rule is underrated. Now I want to read the paper behind it.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink evidence. I keep a note about evidence for exactly this reason.
