My favorite low-effort upgrade for debugging

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I tried this in Madrid with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

Love the tiny experiment energy. I keep a note about tools for exactly this reason.

Fair pushback.

There is probably a middle ground here. A little friction removed goes a long way. This is exactly the kind of tradeoff teams argue about for weeks.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.

I had the same reaction to sentence.

The framing feels off to me. Not terrible, just not convincing. I am curious whether architecture still feels good next month.
