The beautiful joy of doing the practice run badly at first from my late summer notes

I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and biology seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where biology stopped feeling new.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. The Jakarta example makes it feel concrete.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. The São Paulo example makes it feel concrete.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

Honestly, this is a little too vague to be useful. The delightful constraint is probably the real story.

I am cheering for this update. It sounds small, but the route matters.
