I finally understand why Fitness people care about habits from a tiny balcony

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Fitness feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. strength got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

The vibe here is immaculate. The ambitious part is easy to underestimate.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. This is more useful on a tired quiet Sunday than on a perfect day.

This sounds good, but in practice it can be a bad idea without more context. The social part surprised me too.

I am cheering for this update. I used to overcomplicate this constantly. Small progress still counts.
