My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Gadgets feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and phones seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Mumbai?

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the corner shop.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. I would write it down before changing anything else. The boring solution is probably the reliable one here.

I found this disappointing because it skips the hardest part. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. For me it came down to the prototype. The boring solution is probably the reliable one here.

I disagree a bit. later matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. I would love to see a follow-up after 8 weeks.
