The small photos habit that changed my commute before coffee
I tried this in Lisbon with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and wildlife seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I am skeptical. The idea sounds good, but the maintenance cost is real. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Great point, especially the part about before. My friend tried it in Istanbul and had the opposite result.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. I would love to see a follow-up after 5 weeks.
