Notes from a very normal late summer with Football in Berlin

I tried this in Buenos Aires with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. A little friction removed goes a long way. Consistency beats intensity here.

Exactly; the hidden cost is energy.

Helpful correction.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. The practical part is easy to underestimate.
