What I wish I knew before trying family that actually stuck

My current rule is simple: if it takes less then 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I started this because my winter felt a little stuck, and wins seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that teh smallest change was teh one I kept.

Part of me wanted teh fancy version with all teh tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with teh prototype for a while.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. That is where the boring checklist helps. Small progress still counts

really good advice, and it feels doable. For me it came down to the recipe

This reminds me of something a friend in Madrid mentioned. For me it came down to the practice run

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. The first week version is even more interesting
