The small highlights habit that changed my quiet Sunday after 25 tries
I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.
I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and nba seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where pickup stopped feeling new.

I found this disappointing because it skips the hardest part. I noticed the same thing in Toronto. The best gear is the one that gets used.

I like this more than the top-level advice.

Respectfully, I see it the other way.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. The a neighborhood park detail changes the whole answer.

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. The low-effort version is probably the keeper. Consistency beats intensity here.

Good reminder that boring can be good. I keep a note about highlights for exactly this reason.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about sunday. I would love to see a follow-up after 5 weeks.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink habit. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

The highlights angle is what sold me. The 4-minute rule is underrated.
