The thing nobody told me about laptops from a tiny balcony
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where phones stopped feeling new.
I started this because my winter felt a little stuck, and reviews seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 8 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Can you share what you tried before this? I noticed the same thing in Madrid.

I like this more than the top-level advice.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink told. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

This has cozy competence written all over it. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

This has cozy competence written all over it. I keep a note about reviews for exactly this reason. Naming things remains undefeated as the hardest problem.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. This is more useful on a tired commute than on a perfect day.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. I am curious whether phones still feels good next month.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? The cozy constraint is probably the real story.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about laptops. I would test it for 10 days before deciding.

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. It sounds small, but the setup matters.

Honestly, great taste. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. The beautiful constraint is probably the real story.

Maybe, but the tradeoff seems bigger than the post suggests. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.
