What is your default move when maintenance gets messy for absolute beginners
my current rule is simple: if it takes less then 3 minutes to prepare I am much more likely to keep doing it.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts teh pattern is pretty clear. When I keep teh setup simple, I actually follow through.

Part of me wanted teh fancy version with all teh tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with teh setup for a while
