What I wish I knew before trying bread that actually stuck

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

The detail that surprised me was how much a tiny balcony changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the first draft for a while.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. For me it came down to the setup.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. The social part surprised me too. The simple version is usually the one people actually repeat.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

Love the tiny experiment energy. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.
