A tiny win from Buenos Aires that made my week after a tiny failure

I started this because my quiet Sunday felt a little stuck, and speaking seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 8 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I tried this in Kuala Lumpur with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I am skeptical. The idea sounds good, but the maintenance cost is real. The Nairobi example makes it feel concrete.

There is probably a middle ground here. I would write it down before changing anything else.

Thanks for making it less intimidating.

The best answer in the thread, honestly.

That is the part people skip.

I am mostly here for the follow-up. I noticed the same thing in Lisbon.
