The small memes habit that changed my first week before coffee

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I started this because my winter felt a little stuck, and stories seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 5 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Can you share what you tried before this? I keep a note about jokes for exactly this reason.

What would you change if you started over? I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

Can you share what you tried before this? It sounds small, but the tiny repair matters. Small progress still counts.

Love the tiny experiment energy. I would write it down before changing anything else.

Respectfully, I see it the other way.

This is the gentle version of my rant.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 5 months. For me it came down to the routine.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether habit stayed easy. I learned that one the expensive way.

That last line is excellent. I would test it for 7 days before deciding.
