How do you know when to stop tweaking study without overthinking it?

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me thru the part where study stopped feeling new.

The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy

Context matters here, so compare the local norm with your own constraints before deciding. The trap is trying to optimize before you have feedback.

- Do ten minutes daily instead of one giant weekend session.
- Save phrases you actualy want to say.
- Speak badly on purpose; fluency needs reps.

That should give you a solid first pass
