What is your default move when technique gets messy with a surprising constraint
my current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday

Surprised more people aren't choosing Favorite café. It seems like the practical answer. I keep a note about recipes for exactly this reason

Try something new got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. A little friction removed goes a long way

Keep it simple got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability
