A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made for absolute beginners

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. funding got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and product seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. My friend tried it in Toronto and had the opposite result. A boring plan you can keep beats an optimized plan you abandon.

The kindness in this post is lovely. For me it came down to the recipe.
