A tiny story about mango sticky rice, Manila and timing from my late summer notes

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

Love the tiny experiment energy. This pairs weirdly well with lentil soup.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. My friend tried it in Lisbon and had the opposite result. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

That is a good boundary.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the train station.

That last line is excellent. That is where the boring checklist helps.

Great point, especially the part about summer.

Love the tiny experiment energy. The Cape Town example makes it feel concrete.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink tiny. For me it came down to the routine. Glad you shared the messy version too.
