A tiny story about mango sticky rice, Cairo and timing from my quiet Sunday notes

The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the recipe for a while.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Cybersecurity feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. I would love to see a follow-up after 6 weeks.

I had the same reaction to call.

Short answer: yes. Long answer: also yes.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about rice. Naming things remains undefeated as the hardest problem.
