The most messy part of learning mobility for absolute beginners

The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. The quiet constraint is probably the real story.

Honestly, this is a little too vague to be useful. The Nairobi example makes it feel concrete.

I disagree a bit. learning matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations.
