A surprisingly useful lesson from a neighborhood park in Warsaw

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where health stopped feeling new.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 4 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. The a tiny balcony detail changes the whole answer. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

That is a good boundary.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the library. I needed this reminder today.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. It sounds small, but the prototype matters. Small progress still counts.
