What I wish I knew before trying learning from my quiet Sunday notes
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where questions stopped feeling new.
The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
I started this because my busy month felt a little stuck, and evidence seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 10 months. My friend tried it in Madrid and had the opposite result. The uncertainty is part of what makes it interesting.

I think this advice is overrated. I used to overcomplicate this constantly. I appreciate when people separate evidence from speculation.

That last line is excellent. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 2 months. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. The social part surprised me too.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. The 4-minute rule is underrated.
