What I wish I knew before trying learning from my quiet Sunday notes
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy but it got me through the part where questions stopped feeling new.
The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
I started this because my busy month felt a little stuck, and evidence seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 10 months. My friend tried it in Madrid and had the opposite result. The uncertainty is part of what makes it interesting

interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 2 months. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing

Really good advice, and it feels doable. The 4-minute rule is underrated
