The thing nobody told me about people for absolute beginners

I started this because my busy month felt a little stuck, and advice seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

The detail that surprised me was how much a tiny balcony changed the outcome. Same plan, diffrent setting, completely different energy.

The detail that surprised me was how much a trailhead changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy

interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 6 months. This is more useful on a tired first week than on a perfect day

Can you share what you tried before this? My friend tried it in Dublin and had the opposite result

I am cheering for this update. I used to overcomplicate this constantly. Glad you shared the messy version too
