What family looks like when you stop optimizing everything with a messy constraint

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where wins stopped feeling new.

What would you change if you started over? The 2-minute rule is underrated.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. I am curious whether community still feels good next month.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. I noticed the same thing in Jakarta.

I do not have a strong take, but the optimizing detail is useful.

That last line is excellent. The Mumbai example makes it feel concrete.
