What family looks like when you stop optimizing everything with a messy constraint
a few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.
> Tiny progress is still progress.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. I am curious whether community still feels good next month

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. I noticed the same thing in Jakarta
